NEMI's quick-change vacuum chucks are compatible with both horizontal and vertical machining centers. This fixture can used with either 400MM Column or on a machine bed and is completely compatible with all of NEMI’s standard vacuum fixturing. With this chuck, it is possible for machinists to quickly and easily change out vacuum fixture plates, sub-plates, vises and to alternate between vacuum and non-vacuum applications. The vacuum chuck comes standard with 13 MM Locks for fast, easy and precise locating. This chuck was developed for shops that use a variety of workholding solutions and is ideal for quick, accurate change-outs.
