The NEMI Vacuum Table is designed to hold parts securely using vacuum. While the vacuum table system doesn’t replace a traditional machinist vise, it provides a platform for unique workholding strategies not possible otherwise. Plates are made from cast aluminum plate and precision machined using CNC machines. These tables are mounted on parallels with the vacuum supply routed up from the bottom. This allows for large vacuum supply inputs not available on smaller vacuum chucks. These units come complete with vacuum port plugs & seals, vacuum gauge, parallels, ball valve, 25ft of vacuum rated hose and all the necessary fittings to have you up and running in no time!
These vacuum tables also work great for engraving operations. Toss out that expensive double faced tape once and for all!
